Our name is derived from the pre-historic Kuiseb river that runs from central Namibia to the Walvis Bay coast, where it meets the ocean in a four legged delta. It is in this delta that our tours enter the desert and go into the pristine "dune heart" of the delta, the historic home of the ancient Khoi Khoin people, a place where no other tour operator can take you.

All our trips are endorsed by the Nature Conservation Department of Walvis Bay especially, because we help them in monitoring the area for illegal and harmful activities. As we are environmetally conscious, we drive only on dune sand and never on the river bed or the plains between the dunes.

As the prevailing south westerly wind blows almost every afternoon and cover our tracks, we do not have to drive on prescribed deeply rutted tracks as other quad operators are forced to do. Neither do we tell you that we offer a tour of say 10 or 20 kilometer, while it is impossible to judge or measure such distances in the dunes. We adopt to your pace. If you want speed, you get it, but if you wish to take photos, climb a dune or just relax in the tranquility of this wonderful natural environment, we will
definitely accomodate you.

As we are highly concious of the safety of our clients, the wearing of safety helmets are compulsory, while sand goggles and gloves are also provided. Before departure, we provide thorough training on driving and quad safety. SAFETY IS OUR EXPERIENCED GUIDE'S FIRST PRIORITY!
